The Tahoe Transportation District runs the buses, all fare-free through May 2027. Lake Link fills in short trips on demand. For the trip from Reno-Tahoe International Airport, there is a scheduled shuttle.

Route 50, South Shore Daily
Daily service between the South Y Transit Center and the Kingsbury Transit Center, through Stateline. The schedule in effect took effect Sep 3, 2026.

Route 55, Neighborhood Connection
Its stops include several on Pioneer Trail. Through Oct 2, six Pioneer Trail stops are closed for road work: Spruce, Sonora, Wildwood, Shepherds, Glen and Moss.

Lake Link
Free on-demand rides in shared vans, booked in the Lake Link app or by phone. It covers Round Hill, Lower Kingsbury and the casino corridor in Douglas County, and South Lake Tahoe as far as Lodi Avenue. It runs 365 days a year.

Heavenly's four entry points
California Lodge (3860 Saddle Rd, South Lake Tahoe), Stagecoach Lodge (375 Quaking Aspen Lane, Stateline), Boulder Lodge (140 S. Benjamin Drive, Stateline) and the gondola at Heavenly Village (1 Bellamy Ct, South Lake Tahoe). Parking rules are set each season; check the resort's page before you go.

South Tahoe Airporter
Scheduled shuttle between Reno-Tahoe International Airport and Lake Tahoe, operated by Amador Stage Lines. Stops include several Stateline hotels and casinos and the South Lake Tahoe California Transit Center. At the airport, it loads outside Door D. Book online or by phone.
