State Parks says Eagle Point Campground and the Boat-In Campground have closed for the 2026 season, and Vikingsholm tours ended for the year on Sep 30.
- Visitors can still walk in through Eagle Point to hike to the south Rubicon trailhead. Pack in, pack out; there are no services.
- State Parks lists the Rubicon Trail as open, with no dogs allowed.
